One of the key initiatives we take up in TVS-IQL is the Learning Convention. It is an annual event which is a congregation of 1500 plus Executives and Managers of our company conducted to:

Understand the role of managers in creating a conducive environment for continuous learning of their team members
Ask pertinent questions during the reviews to encourage learning, application of learning and sharing of experiences
Demonstrate role model behaviours and spend quality time in coaching them
Recognize and motivate for enhanced voluntary contribution for facilitating learning
Be a role model and influence peers and team members to consider learning facilitation
Become aware of the opportunities and resources created in the company towards learning and become a strong brand ambassador for promoting learning environment in their functions
